Ryu Cope’s Hummus Recipe
1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas (garbanzos) or 1 can, drained and rinsed
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tablespoon ground cumin
3 cloves fresh garlic
5 cloves roasted garlic
4 tablespoons Tahini
Put all ingredients into a food processor and process into a smooth paste. Serve drizzled with Tahini and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Eat with pita chips, fresh veggies, or even plain crackers.
